Joy: I found a new ice cream flavor (bourbon vanilla lemon lime, plus raspberries & granola I added) at the grocery store. I connected with a friend, trying to strengthen ties. I have been sticking to my media goal for a week. Overall, life personally is fine

Sadness: The ice cream was in the clearance section, so I am worried it won’t be there again when I run out. A good friend of mine asked if I had been drinking during a FaceTime – this is a sensitive subject for me, as it implies a lack of control & I also wasn’t drunk, so it felt hurtful & accusatory to deflect my behavior that way. I hate posting online, and haven’t had any luck with finding a job. EVERYTHING IS ON FIRE AND AWFUL AND I AM COMPLICIT IN GENOCIDE, MASS STARVATION, CRUELTY, AND ATROCITIES
